Employee Assistance Program Benefit provides 52 free counseling sessions annually for PBCFR Employees and eligible dependents who are enrolled in the Palm Beach County Firefighters Employee Benefits Fund Insurance. Self-Referral EAP sessions are confidential and not reported to your department.
Sessions may be used to address personal or professional issues that interfere with work duties, impact behavioral concerns & emotional wellbeing.
